Anyone know when the "official" (rather than preliminary) tallies come out?  (Just because I'd rather work with the final article, and I'm getting antsy.)

In case anyone's keeping dibs, the official (i.e. non-preliminary) poll-by-polls went on-line on Jan 6

Did anything change between the preliminary results used by electionatlas.ca and these ones? If not I don't get the huge delay.
