Huckabee would beat Hillary; maybe not Bill.

Hillary Clinton was NEVER popular in Arkansas; her use of her maiden name was a factor in Clinton's loss in 1980.  When Bill Clinton regained the Arkansas Governorship in 1982, Hillary was then known as Hillary CLINTON. 

Bill is perceived as one of the natives.  Hillary isn't, and the move to NY won't help in AR.
