No. Only God can end somebody's life no matter what crime they committed. I am for much harsher prisons though.

We don't need harsher prisons.  They're already fairly harsh.  What we need most is a return to that old-fashioned newfangled idea, rehabilitation.  We don't do enough of that sort of work in our prisons these days.  To get the funds and space to do that, we'll need to first off go ahead and surrender in the drug war.  We can't do proper rehabilitation work if the prisons are overcrowded.

yes. although obviously i wouldn't support it if someone was just getting even with someone that killed their wife or child or something. in that instance i'd be totally fine with jury nullification

Prisons don't need to be harsher but prison sentences should be far longer for those convicted of murder/voluntary manslaughter and rapists (while at the same time reducing sentences for those convicted of minor theft and abolishing prison terms for drug-related offences).
