So we're moving from messing up the meteorology to messing up the geology of our planet. At least Ohio is developing strict regulations for this, even under their Republican governor.

Yeah these regulations are prudent and ideally should have been in place already.

Global seismic activity has increased... but all these mini-quakes in Ohio and Oklahoma are pretty strong evidence.

At the same time western NoDak isn't shaking as far as I know.

Seriously though yeah, fracking is bad for the earth. This seems obvious.

Sure, but the question is whether or not it's worse than coal, which is what it is slowly replacing.
