With Senator Casey's approvals going down, Former Senator Rick Santorum (He stays relevant by getting a show on FOX) decides to get cocky and runs again, but draws challengers in Former Senator Pat Toomey (Is bitter over a loss in 2016), Reps. Bruce Castor and Mike Kelly, can Rick come back? Or will he end up being left in 2012?
