I will be part of the minority of the British electorate that will do so, yes.

Yes, and I think I'm supposed to vote in England because I will probably be in England at the time, but does anyone know if I can go the German Embassy and vote for German parties instead if I register?

Somehow I doubt many posters on an election based forum are simultaneously not arsed to vote in elections.

And, yes, for Labour.

I think you can only vote for German parties by absentee ballot, if you are in the UK at the time but on the election roll in Germany.

Germany does not offer embassy voting IIRC.

Well, I would vote, for the Greens; but... I'm turning 16 just two weeks after the election. So, if they moved this whole elections just two weeks back, they'd have an additional Austrian voter (which they desperately need, I'd suppose). So however not -.-

I will probably vote although I'm not sure who for. I'm thinking of voting tactically for Brian Hayes even though he's a quasi-thatcherite gobsh**te as that would get him out of the Dáil and spark a by-election which FG would have little chance of winning.

I definitely would, if I could.  I would probably vote for the Left or maybe the Greens, depending on the candidates in the country where I'm voting.

I'd vote. Not sure if I'd vote UKIP or CPA if I lived in the UK though.

Yes, probably for Labour but might still take a look at the Greens.

I will be voting, yes, like a third of French voters... If the FG hadn't settled their disputes and hadn't run, I'm not sure I would have.

If you haven't done it already, tell us how you would vote in each country of :
- the West
- the East
- the South
- the North

Yes, likely. I'm undecided right now, even considering to cast a ballot for some animal rights/anti-bullfight party. That would be a sort of protest vote, because I can't stand mainstream parties in this moment. Otherwise, I'd vote for some list called "European Spring". Mostly because the election will be in springtime and a daughter of some Aragonese songwriter and former deputy died recently is running.

Don't worry, I was in about the same situation in 2004 (when the voting age was still 18 and not 16):

Because I was 17, I missed the chance to vote in:

* The 2004 Presidential Election
* The 2004 EU elections
* The 2004 Salzburg state election

Yes, I'm not still totally decided between the Liberals and the Conservatives in Denmark. Leaning towards the latter currently.

Yes, I think I will. But more because I think it's part of being a citizen in a democratic country, rather than because I am actually thrilled about the election.

I've never missed an election in my life. It is therefore certain that I will vote. Being conservative, economically liberal and euroskeptic, i will vote for the AfD (Alternative for Germany).

Yep. I was toying with voting Liberal Democrat after the first EU debate, but most likely going to stick with the Conservatives after Clegg blew the second.

Yes, I will (for the first time!) and I'll probably vote for UKIP.

Never had you down as a closet europhile liberal (hate the term, but its the only one I can think of) Wink

I'm mildly pro-European, so UKIP is out, I definitely wouldn't vote Labour, so I considered Liberal Democrat as a protest vote, especially as they were pitching themselves as the unequivocal party of 'in'. However I've drifted back to the Conservatives since they set up a pro-EU group called EU Mainstream. Still, it'll be an unethusiastic vote, and somewhat tactical (to stop UKIP) since the Lib Dems are going to annihilated everywhere especially in my constituency of the West Midlands.

Ah fair enough. I admit, I did consider voting Conservative, but my virulent europhobia essentially has gotten the better of me...
