So, of these right-leaning PM's (whose terms all intersected for a few months in 1957) who do you like best (or dislike least)? Personally, Menzies is my favourite, followed by Holland, then Diefenbaker and finally Macmillan.

I don't know much about the others, but Diefenbaker was one of Canada's best Tory prime ministers. He had some flaws of course, but he was very much a Red Tory.

I only know of Diefenbaker, and even then only through Hark a Vagrant, so yeah, gotta choose him.

The madman who thought he was John Diefenbaker, although more out of sympathy (inspired in part by reading George P. Grant's writings on his time in office) than admiration.
