I might have gone with recently retired IL Rep Timothy Johnson (not to be confused with the SD Senator).  I guess I'd have to say a combination of Scott Rigell and Ron Wyden, stirred together with Justin Amash.

House Democrat: Raul Grijalva
House Republican: Good question. My best guess would be Amash

Senate Democrat: Probably Bernie (though Shenna Bellows is more similar to me than even him)
Senate Republican: No clue. Maybe Paul?
