Schumer, Feinstein, and Franken are the worst in the Senate. I detest Lois Frankel on the House side, mostly for personal reasons (having her as the county's de facto dictator, etc) despite her being surprisingly moderate on some key issues (gun control, Syria, etc).

Amash and Paul.

Senate (Democratic): Mark Pryor
Senate (Republican): Rand Paul

House (Democratic): Mike McIntyre
House (Republican): Justin Amash

How are you closest to Rahall and Peterson but farthest  from McIntyre and Pryor?

You are probably right about Pryor, but McIntyre seems to be indistinguishable from an non-Tea Party Southern Republican. As for Peterson and Rahall I only put them because they were on the DFLA list while having voted for Obamacare-I probably should have researched them more thoroughly.

Pointless question. There are hundreds of congressmen with whom I have absolutely nothing in common.

In the Senate, probably Ted Cruz, Jim Inhofe and Mike Lee have the ideology that's the farthest away from mine. In the House, Paul Broun, Steve King, Tom Cotton, Michele Bachmann, Darrell Issa, Renee Ellmers and Raul Labrador are the farthest away from me ideologically.
