Back in the day, I'd get home from cross country and make a huge pot of noodles and put nothing but Parmesan on them. Ramen noodles, rice, etc. are also candidates.

I actually did tonight now that I think about it, but I normally always have meat with my meals. That said, I had lentil soup for dinner tonight. Maybe I am turning over a new leaf.

Considering I am on a workout regimen that requires meat consumption...

Not usually, but a couple days ago I had chips with ghost pepper salsa for dinner (and a lot of water)

Not really, even if I just fix myself a salad or something like that I throw some chicken in there for the protein since it helps when working out.

Salad and bread with or without cheese makes a good dinner if there have been too many heavy meals in the days preceding. I also enjoy a dinner of pasta with olive oil, garlic/onions and herbs, especially when the herbs are fresh from the garden.

Of course.

I only eat real cooked meat (chicken, beef, pork) about once or twice a week.

The other days, I eat:

* Müsli, or just joghurt and/or fruits
* noodles/spaghetti (with different sauces)
* bread/baguettes with different spreads, cheese and vegetables like tomatoes, paprika etc.
* lasagne
* all sorts of cakes (apple, Sacher, strawberry, poppy-seed cake, etc.)
* pancakes
* tortellini
* sometimes pizza
* all sorts of toast

And so on.

Well.... its Lent, so yeah. Most of my dinners are non-meat. But for the most part, that's what most of my dinners were anyways. I tend to have healthy fixes, including my veggie lasagna.

Sure, but I'd say about 75% of the time there's meat/fish/chicken.

It happens, but most of my meals include meat of some form. And most times when they don't, I have fish included. Tongue

Basically all the time. I eat meat once or twice every couple of weeks.

Hahahahahahaha, no.

If I ever happen not to eat meat for a meal, the likelihood that I'm eating something containing large quantities of cheese is about 95%.

It's very rare that I don't eat some sort of meat for dinner. I'm having lobster tonight, do you consider that a type of meat? Tongue

Interstingly enough, tonight Mrs. Grumps wants a stir fry mix of great northern beans, tomatoes, spinach and kale, garlic, onion, pepper, and some orzo

It's rare.  Dinner almost always consists of at least some meat.  Vegetable lasagna or cheese ravioli here and there but that's it.

Sometimes I'll have a big salad, but rarely without chicken or some meat.
