Yes, indeed I'm fixing one tonight.  It's a pretentious frozen organic vegetarian meal which I got because it was half-off as a closeout because no one was buying it.  I've had it before as I got several of them at half-off.  At half-off, it's well worth it, but if for some reason it came back to a store I frequent, I wouldn't pay full price.  In addition to the entree, I'll be having some fresh strawberries I picked up fresh from the field on Wednesday.  (I might have picked them myself except the weather was awful then, worse than it was tonight.)  More expensive than the ones in the store, but well worth it because the quality is much better than the mass produced and shipped from out-of-state ones that are there.  Strawberries are much better when picked fully ripe, but they don't ship well.

Oh yeah, forgot, on Good Friday you're supposed to not eat meat, though for some reason fish is an exception. (Former Catholic)

Sometimes I'll make tofu with rice and vegetables.

That's extremely unhealthy. You really need to eat fruits and vegetables.

See the pasta thread for my non-meat choice this Good Friday.

Yep, all the time. And not for religious reasons. Veggies and grains are best for you.

Rarely. There's a few things in my repertoire that don't contain meat, but I'd say I'd have a non-meat dinner once a month if that.

I made a bet with some guys on my football team I would only eat meat, and they only vegetables for the whole off season. Whoever is healthiest wins $100 bucks. But after that I will.

You already lost the bet, my friend.

Maybe 2 or 3 times a month.

I don't necessarily always eat dinner, either.

I was doing well during lent, but then yesterday on the last day, I blew it. I consumed a meatball sub with onion rings for lunch, and burritos for dinner. The meatball sub was just me being a forgetful tool, while the burritos were more of an "Ah f**k I already messed this up."

And to the OP, yes but only if I have to. Tongue
