Martinez exposé shows nasty side

I heard about this Mother Jones "hit piece" a few days ago, but this is the first opportunity I've had to read it.  It's surprisingly toothless.  The author questions whether Martinez can overcome her shortfalls, but he doesn't really address many short falls.  The only issue I can see is the possible bid-rigging of Albuquerque Downs.  The whole article should've focused on that.
