Biden could go to State if he is important to Clinton in 2016 (Fundraiser, major Endorser, etc), though if not, Kerry could stay, or if he retires, Susan Rice could pop up.

I disagree, since Hillary has a network of allies left over from Bill's term who are more loyal to her and do not have further ambitions. Look for somebody like Richard Holbrooke (obviously not him, as he died a few years back).

Looking at it this way, Bill would get something, me thinks...

Powers ain't happening after what she said about Hillary in '08, but Bowles and Clark seem likely. I don't think Coumo would resign as Governor to be AG. The cabinet will likely have only a few former elected officials.

I dunno, Reich seems to be a good selection for Treasury, and if not, Labour. Though Deval Patrick could be in the running for AG.

I don't think anyone believes Hillary Clinton to be less rewarding of loyalty than Bill Clinton.

Bill has often endorsed those who supported Hillary over Obama in the '08 primary. He also gave top posts to prominent Democrats who chose not to run in 1992: VP for Al Gore, Secretary of Treasury for Lloyd Bentsen, Supreme Court to Cuomo (who declined), Supreme Court to George Mitchell (also decline) and Ambassador of Japan to Tom Foley.

So I'd expect spots to prominent Clinton supporters, except for those serving in Governor's mansions or expected to serve as Governor (McAuliffe, Anthony G Brown of Maryland, Newsom).

I'd expect some female Senators in top cabinet posts.

That's right, I forgot those comments. Scratch that then, it could be Susan Rice. Honestly, Cuomo was just a guess, it could be anyone.

Samantha Power isn't happening for obvious reasons.  Wesley Clark won't happen either, since he's kind of old and kind of crazy.

More likely prospects for State would be folks like Tom Donilon and Jim Steinberg, and Ashton Carter or Michele Flournoy for Defense.

Not sure about names right now, but I suspect it would be the most diverse cabinet ever, certainly no majority of white men.

Secretary of Treasury: Erskine Bowles

Secretary of Labor: Ted Strickland
Secretary of Interior: Carol Browner
Secretary of Agriculture: Debbie Stabenow

Terry McAuliffe for Commerce.

Edit: And some of those people would be a bit old… Bowles, Rendell and Strickland would be well into their seventies and Mikulski would be in her eighties.

Uh, both Christie and Snyder would appoint Republicans to their Senate Seats, that immediately rules them out.

State: William Joseph Burns
Treasury: Erskine Bowles
Defense: Michelle Flournoy
Attorney General: Cheryl Mills

Of these four, how many are current or former elected officials? Why do people think Babs Mikulski will end her 30+ years in the Senate to take over HHS or Education? Or that Cuomo will resign as Governor to be AG?

I'm not sure if Dick Cheney would want to be VP again under Hillary.

Secretary of State: John Kerry or Jon Huntsman
Secretary of Treasury: Larry Summers (Gets rejected 45-52 in an embarrassing show), Sylvia Burell
Secretary of Defense: Michelle Flournoy
Attorney General: Cheryl Mills
Secretary of Transportation: Antonio Villarigosa or Heath Schuler
