I am talking about places like Northern Virginia, where republicans must do better if they want the state back. That area is one of the richest and most educated in the country- I doubt voters there would trust a man who did not complete college. This applies also to Eastern Iowa, New Hampshire, and even Florida.

There is absolutely a narrative. We have a major party in this country that has a base of rural folks who did not go to college, and believe that the earth is 6000 years old. Walker just feeds that stereotype.
