So a Republican who seems to be affiliated with Tom Reed (NY-23) seems to have submitted signatures for 2 Green party candidates who had no idea they were running. They were promptly disqualified after it was discovered that they were unwilling to run. Just when you thought Republicans couldn't surprise you any more.

Is Reed probably screwed? Ithaca should be coming out pretty strong in light of this.
