Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney has beaten incumbent President Barack Obama in one of the closest elections in history: Romney got 49.55% to Obama's 49.01%, due to the Republicans picking up swing states such as Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida, Nevada, etc.,

Obama has refused to concede yet and reportedly according to some reporters, lost his temper in his hotel room and went off on his campaign staff "How could y'all let this sh**t happen ?" and it was obvious he went off on David Pluffe, the campaign manager and David Axelrod.

Romney holds the McCain states, but picks up Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Nevada (due to the horrible economic numbers in the state), and possibly Florida including New Hampshire.

If anyone can upload the 2012 map and see how that works.

Romney would have to carry FL to have won.

So this is your map?

Without FL and NH, Romney would still be at 250, so he needs FL at least to win.
I also think that he probably would have won Virginia and Colorado before Pennsylvania and Nevada.

Romney would repeal majority of Obama's initiatives, such as Obamacare.

He'll push for serious economic reforms in boosting job growth.

I doubt he would be able to repeal it. He would encounter massive Democratic Opposition and damage his approval rating in what would result in a partisan firestorm. This is also the guy who created Romneycare. I always believed Romney was throwing red meat to the Republican primary voters to win the nomination by saying he would repeal Obamacare. It would probably be reformed. The fees for not getting insured and the Individual mandate would probably be gone. The biggest problem of a Romney Presidency though is his own party.

I also don't have Ryan as VP. Romney picked Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell (R) as his VP instead: McDonnell's military experience helps Romney with military veterans.

Ryan would be Treasury Secretary though.

Romney will also push for aggressive national Voter ID legislation, which Republicans in Congress will happily oblige.

He'll also dismantle ALL of Obama's policies, including funding for HBCU's.

Do the Republicans end up winning control over the senate, or do the Democrats keep control over it as in RL?

I have Republicans holding the House and Democrats holding the Senate.

President Romney addresses a joint session of Congress in February 2013 and in attendance, the 2012 Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens.

President Romney's 100 Days in 1st term:
Economic Recovery Plan that creates 1.6 billion jobs
Reforming Schools: public and private. As well as the School Choice Act of 2013, which gives parents and their kids the right to pick which school suits them.
Tort Reform
Aggressive crackdown on voter fraud
Cutting wasteful programs, more than Reagan did in order to balance the federal budget.

Romney campaigns for New Jersey Governor Chris Christie (R) during the summer of 2013.

July 8, 2013: Texas Governor Rick Perry (R) announces he's not seeking reelection to a historic 4th term in the 2014 elections.

Surely McDonnell on the ticket would help Romney carry VA?

On foreign policy: Romney reinstated the missile defense treaty with Poland, protecting them and other Baltic states against the Russians.

He also sends 28,000 U.S. troops to Syria in the long ugly war, killing thousands of Assad loyalists, etc.,

There's only 300 million people living in the United States, so how did Romney's plan create 1.6 BILLION jobs?

I think you meant 1.6 MILLION, not billion.

Romney would see his opportunity to remake the Supreme Court upon the retirement of Ginsburg in late 2013:

He appoints former Texas Supreme Court Chief Justice Wallace Jefferson, who is backed by both U.S. Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX) and John Cornyn (R-TX), despite some grandstanding by opponents of the Jefferson nomination (particularly U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer, D-NY State), Jefferson is easily confirmed by the Senate 80-13 with 7 others NOT present.
