I recently checked out a copy of the 1965-66 edition of the New York legislative manual, and when I went to upload the election data, it had a listing for "blank, invalid, and scattering" votes.  How would I list this on the data when I upload it?

Hi -
you don't - if scattering is lumped with blank and void, I just ignore it since I am not counting blank ballots as votes cast for candidates.
