I expect roughly half the votes here to be protest votes, but I'm doing this anyway.

I hate coffee, but I like Coca-Cola, so only a few small ones.

On a side note, I rarely drink caffeine, only when I have Mountain Dew or Dr. Pepper.

I could see limiting its use as a food additive, such as what happened when its use in alcoholic beverages was banned.

I'm a Mormon, so I don't partake in coffee or tea (and I personally am starting to dislike the high fructose crap in modern sodas), but no, I don't think any legal restrictions on caffeine should be enacted.

Of course not.  Lots of things don't mix well with alcohol.  The sooner we get past alcohol as the drug of choice the better.

Since when is Bloomberg against caffeine?  He's against sugary sodas.

But, Bloomberg is a financial industry guy so I assume he's a big supporter of caffeine, amphetamines and cocaine.

Within reason i.e. safety etc. Voted no, as this is an obvious response to WillTheMormon.

Not really. Just prominently label everything so everyone knows how much caffeine is in something.

Back when I had classes, caffeine was roughly half my diet, so no, don't touch my Monster.
