Not giving me much to respond to, here. I think MRA types are slapstick crazies. I also think much of modern feminism is oversensitive, preachy, prudery. Granted, I'm much less fond of the former than the latter, but..

While one can argue about oversensitive and preachy (I think that's mostly wrong but there's perhaps a case to be made in some situations), the idea that modern feminism is prudish is almost too ridiculous to even be worth responding to.  Dworkin is dead and buried, the mainstream of feminist thought has been sex-positive for decades now.

Of course, you've preemptively tried to twist and redefine away any attempt to correct your misconceptions, so, yeah, guess I shouldn't bother.  Which is a shame.

The branding of feminism is pro-sexual liberation because it is more appealing to the general populace. However, most of the self-identifying feminists I've encountered have been prudish, ice-cold hypergamists.

Ah, the classic argument-by-anecdote! "I know a few people like this, therefore..."

But it must be true because so and so said so!

In the absence of any verifiable data, you make a desperate argument from incredulity to annul anecdote. Furthermore, you demand that I accept your flattering stereotype of feminism over my own personal experiences.

You should be embarrassed
