Last time Hillary was ahead by at least 2% on everyone in Arkansas, so they don't hate her.

Source? I don't think a reputable pollster has weighed in on AR in 2016.

Fair enough, they only polled her against Christie and Rand Paul and it was almost nine months ago, so a lot could have happened since then.

Yes, and the Governor's race.

PPP tweets that Bill Clinton has a 55-37 favorable rating in their AR poll.

Is it only me or is that number somewhat low for Bill there ?

Given how Republicanized AR has become?  Not really.

How associated with Arkansas are the Clintons nowadays? Do they still even live there?

Don't know if they still have a residence in the state, but they are probably not often in AR these days, other than some campaign stops for Pryor/Ross.

If they are not travelling or giving speeches, they live in their NY home.

That's pretty close to his last vote percentage there, which isn't at all bad, considering he was last on the ballot almost 18 years ago.

I'm shocked that it's that high.

Why?  You really shouldn't be.  Are you younger than 18 or something?  AR still has a Democratic governor and Senator and its state legislature (which JUST switched to Republican in 2012) is near 50/50.

Yes, a very conservative Democratic Governor & Senator. Not to mention the last AR Senate poll (granted not by a reputable pollster) showed Pryor in poor shape.

I expected that the state's shift towards the GOP would result in a weakening of opinion on Clinton, who's so closely associated with the national Democratic party.

Nostalgia for Bill Clinton? Remember -- America was better in many ways when Bill Clinton was President.

Bundy? That's no worse than the time Zimmerman was included in polls.
