I can't imagine Marco Rubio returning. Now that he's down, it's become almost undeniable his lack of substance.

I think he's vastly underrating Ted Cruz and overrating Jeb Bush.  In my mind, at this point the only serious contenders are Rand Paul, Ted Cruz and Chris Christie (pending GW-gate).  Those are the only guys who seem to have any chops or angle as a candidate.  Rubio is a studio gangsta and we can all see his campaign crashing and burning a mile away.

Jeb is a Beltway Pundit dream candidate if he runs he'll end up last in Iowa, NH. Walker, Paul, Jindal only viable candidates that can make it through the primary.

Yes, it's possible. Jindal could play well in Iowa and South Carolina, if Rick Perry does not run.
However, the Fix says "Jindal’s problem? He’s got a bit of a charisma deficit." Jindal seems charismatic to me. I think Portman,Walker, or Paul may have a charisma deficit.
