Oh, ha, just updating my concerned friends on how I'm doing.  It could be seen as trolling, I guess, but it's an honest assessment of how I'm doing today.

Back to your earlier question, I have never been diagnosed or seen for sleep apnea, though I do have that on the list to discuss with him at my next appointment in late September.  I sleep decently at night, but I am still quite groggy during the day.

I can't do that much...  My most in one sitting is probably 50 oz. with ice.  That's a refill of a half full 32 oz.  44 oz. with no ice I cannot do.  I have to have the normal amount of ice.  Otherwise, I'm up half the night...
