I think I found a nice healthy recipe Bushie might enjoy:

Since the saga began, Bushie has probably been fired more times than gone for walks.

It's time for him to really try to figure out how to get on the dole if he's not going to look for work anymore.

I also wonder what Allison and Bushie's parents are thinking about this latest turn of events...

I'm sure if we just sent Bushie's "resume" to disability benefits attorneys, they'd be falling all over themselves to represent him.

No, Bushie should not go back to OKC. What he should do is get a job at McDonald's in Tulsa.

Yes, he needs to get over his prideful nature and just take disability. He really wouldn't be exaggerating when he applied for it either. He is incapable of holding a job.
Incompetance is not enough. You guys act like getting SSDI is easy. It's not. I also don't think he could handle working fast food. There's a lot of requisite quickness and standing involved. And, of course, one needs to show up regularly.

I've seen a lot of obese fast wood workers.

But seriously, if he can't cut it at minimum wage and with the Tourette's diagnosis/maybe an OCD diagnosis along with the terrible work history, he's an easy disability claim.

This is why America needs a stronger social safety net.

The argument could be made Bushie is the way he is because he's in a safety net.

A Wal-Mart ring is a full ring.  Only rich people getting married should buy rich people rings.

bushie your focus should be solely on getting a job and a steady flow of income.

He has a steady flow of income as a professional son.

Bushie desperately wants to be white collar. That's why he gravitates to call centers.

It very much depends on the industry. There is no one rule that applies to everybody. My experience has been that there is a strong correlation between suits and untrustworthness. Salesmen, conservative (in a political sense) clergy, bankers, politicians, and so on.

Depends on how much personality (or lack thereof) they put into the tie.

His parents are sad to report that he "ran away" as soon as Bushie left

How does Bushie keep getting loans? His credit can't be good.

Maybe he got Papa to co-sign.

But  he will withhold your tax returns, Social Security payments, etc to make his support as minimal as possible.

Well, good thing he doesn't have any of that!

I'm confused. Where is this money coming from?

Bushie is too big to fail and will always have easy access to capital for his Update endeavors.

My parents don't like the fact that I've fallen into a lot of bait-and-switch jobs where they promise me one thing then backstab me by doing something entirely different or that I've been let go.   That's why they haven't cut the cord.   This predicament is not entirely my fault.   That's said,  they expect me to vigorously look for a job and conserve my money.

You do realize you're like 99% at fault for your predicament, right? This last job's firing was solely your fault.

Yes. 99% is not entirely Bushie's fault, silly. Smiley

I'm not buying Bushie is "doing all he can" to find a job.  I'm not buying he's being efficient with his time.  I'm not buying he's actually spending most of it applying for jobs.  I'm not buying that his "leads" are even leads and not just jobs he applied for and likes.

It goes against who he is for any of that to be true.

Why on Earth would someone who's unemployed need to take a nap anyway? (much less a six hour one) It'd only make sense if you were sick or something or just did a very heavy workout (and we all know what the odds of Bushie doing that is...)

Bushie's taking naps as long as the sleep I got the last couple nights. Wow.

A body at rest stays at rest.

I wish Bushie would pass me some of that fatigue. I haven't slept tonight and I only got 3 hours the night before.

That's one I thing I do not drink - energy drinks.  I've seen too many people on the news dying of heart attacks from those things.

C'mon. Risk of heart disease hasn't stopped you before.
