How many times do I have to tell you, withdrawal isn't an immediate process. Wink Tongue


Would be a pretty nasty tool of obstruction if was.

72 hours, which is a bit long..  In any case, yes, for some reason this particular procedure is the one that gets me, probably because of the SOAP in the Northeast.

We could probably shorten it to 48 or maybe 24.

But if a hostile amendment were to pass, the sponsor could pull the plug on the whole bill without at least some waiting period.
