Last child. I was born in 1994 while my sister 1990 and my older brother in 1988. Obviously, my parents aren't planning anymore children. Tongue

Oldest of two. I was eight when my brother was born though, so I spent a considerable amount of my early life as an only child.

Eldest of two, by about three a half years. My mom is the eldest of four and my dad is the middle of three. There are far bigger age differentials with my parents and their siblings.

The title of this thread is bizarre. It reminds me of the worst's thread about the "best Military-Free President".

I'm second of two.

I'm curious about which rank is most common on this forum. I've read that your birth order can influence your personality and interests, but I'm not sure yet.

In a word no, as responsible scientists have repeatedly found, not that people haven't tried.  There are a couple of consistent findings that might be true: laterborns tend to have lower IQ than firstborns—by approximately an IQ point or two—and the more older brothers a man has the more likely they are to be gay.

As of this posting, almost a majority of the respondents are first born.

Oldest. It is interesting how many firstborns are on here. OP might be on to something about  firstborns being politically inclined.

I have 2 older half-siblings from each parent and one younger full sibling. Not sure how that counts.

That's kind of tricky.

Of my mothers' children and stepchildren:
- Stepsister (born 1988)
- Stepbrother (born 1990)
- Me (born 1991)
- Brother (born 1995)
- Stepbrother (born 1996)

Of my fathers' children:
- Me (born 1991)
- Brother (born 1995)
- Half-sister (born 2006)
- Half-sister (born 2010)
