Investigators note that the accused was receiving weekly unemployment benefits of $347 a week which ended on January 11, and blames Boehner for their stoppage.

The accused, who has a concealed carry permit, and five orders of protection dating back to 2001.

The accused is also charged with, in one threatening voice-mail telling Boehner's wife that he is an "Oompa Loompa".
