I'd say the Cowboys. Being arrogant over a .500 team is hilarious.

Heat fans are definitely up there too, considering they were given the Eastern belt by Stern, and so are Penguins fans (for having a horrific defense and a journeyman starter at goalie but thinking they're the best), but the Cowboys haven't had anything to be proud of for twenty years.

Eagles fans are no doubt annoying, but you really don't see them out in the wild too much.  Cowboys fans, while fewer now than at any point in my life I think, are everywhere.

Being 10th out of 30 in the league w/ a 2.49 GAA (barely behind Anaheim and Montreal at 2.48 and 2.45, respectively) is hardly a "horrific defense". That's actually the definition of "above average". Though, yeah, Fluery is definitely average.

If we're talking about European clubs, then the answer is probably Lazio or a club like that whose supporters are literally violent neo-Nazis.

Old Firm fans are pretty awful (sorry afleitch ), but Celtc tend to ignore everyone else in scotland to entertain delusions of being a really big european club, while Rangers are so hilarious that's it difficult to really hate them.

The answer probably depends on where you live. All the Celtic fans I know when it comes to football are awful, but that's because they're people from the east coast whose connection to Celtic is a great grandfather who went to Glasgow on a shopping trip once. Really it's glory hunters of all stripes who are the most insufferable, though a team like Lazio are probably objectively the worst.
