According to the wiki talk page, it's been that way since 2010.

And it has some very curious comments from IP addresses claiming to be people who worked on Bentley's campaign. Seems to be a bit of behind the scenes bickering going on.

I thought only Indian and African politicians had hilarious Wiki pages like that.

Even though he deserves a little credit for reviving the economy from Riley, he's still a major HP for a multitude of reasons. The Wiki article fails to mention his awful attacks on women's health by restricting the time a woman can seek an abortion, preventing pregnant teenagers from getting abortions without parental consent, and attempting to close down every last clinic in the state. Then there's Medicaid which he refuses to expand out of political spite against Obama even though it would save lives, create thousands of jobs, and would be no cost for AL initially. And then he chooses to sign an immigration bill that publicly embarrasses immigrants since he can't stand up to his own party's legislature. And then of course, he's a homophobe, to. It would be really nice to see him get primaried this year at the very least.
