Where are the UKIP votes coming from?  The Conservatives don't appear to be losing more than 2-3%, Labour gaining a few points (probably from LD), Lib Dems tanking - but those votes aren't going to UKIP.  BNP appears to be down and clearly those votes are going to UKIP, but where else are they coming from?

Lib Dem voters going to Labour and Tories are masking the Labour and Tory voters going to UKIP?

Well, I'd imagine the Tories have won a few tactical anti-UKIP votes, so the percentage defecting to UKIP is probably more than 2-3 percent.

UKIP voters in Euro elections come from literally all over the place. Have done since 2004.

Remember that voter turnover in Euro elections is extremely high.

A few people voted Lib Dem because they were Not Government Against All. Now that that's UKIP, they will shift (notably in the South West, I think, and it's a phenomenon that already existed to some extent at Europe).

According to the BBC site vote count nothing has come from London yet. I wonder what kind of a massive win Labour will get out of London to overtake UKIP's lead.

How many authorities are there to count in the UK? BBC says 205 have been counted. Are they the same as parliamentary constituencies?

There 426 of them. They aren't the same, in most cases, as the constituencies but you can spot patterns of voting fairly easily.

No, they use local authorities. 326 in England, 32 in Scotland, 22 in Wales, 11 or 26 in NI (depends if they use previous or next authorities). At least one will be missing tonight, as there is some backwards religious islands in Scotland refusing to count on Sunday, since it's a day for God, if I remember well.

Those 'backwards' islands produce the most wondrous cloth known to man, so don't be rude.

Northern Ireland has a single count under the jurisdiction of the Chief Electoral Officer, who is responsible for everything election-related in the province.

Current results with 5833 of 5837 districts counted in Sweden:

Social Democrats: 24,4% (±0) - 6 seats (±0)
Green: 15,3% (+4,3) - 3 seats (+1)
Moderate: 13,6% (-5,2) - 3 seats (-1)
Liberal People's: 10,0% (-3,6) - 2 seats (-1)
Sweden Democrats: 9,7% (+4,9) - 2 seats (+2)
Centre: 6,5% (+1,0) - 1 seat (±0)
Left: 6,3% (+0,7) -  1 seat (±0)
Christian Democrats: 6,0% (+1,2) - 1 seat (±0)
Feminist Initiative: 5,3% (+3,1) -  1 seat (+1)
Pirate: 2,2% (-4,9) - 0 seats (-2)

Certainly surprising to see the Moderates drop so hard, the polls had hinted at a decline for the past weeks but not to this degree.
