I've actually visited Christiansborg Slot myself on my holiday to Copenhagen earlier this year (yes, I'm a fan of Borgen); it's well worth a visit and they do English language tours on a Sunday.

If you visit on an wednesdays you can see the debates and on tuesdays the party leader debates(of course both likely are likely boring for people who don't understand Danish).
