You have to love the random Purdue county in South GA and the random Kingston county in North GA.

I remember perusing the Georgia gubernatorial Republican primary first round map from 2010 a few days ago (for comparison's sake) -- that one was even more disorganized and random.

There are two split counties, but Kingston took 74.2% in the counties in his current district.

So Handel won Atlanta?  Odd.  I thought for sure Perdue would do well there.

Handel did indeed win Atlanta itself (Fulton County), but in the suburbs her performance was more mixed, with her winning Gwinett County and Perdue winning Cobb and Dekalb counties.

She's from Fulton County.
