The above link is to a video depicting an insane act of road rage against an innocent driver, who is forced off the road, forced to crash into the raging idiot, and is put into a situation where he could have very well died.

Hypothetically speaking, and without taking into consideration the laws in your state/country, if you were a judge dealing out a punishment to this road-raging maniac in this video, who clearly almost killed the driver, what would you sentence him to?

You may choose more than one option, for example, permanent ban from driving and a jail sentence.

Me: Kill him, then sell his car (assuming it wasn't stolen) and give the money from the sale to a charity. If the car was stolen, return it to its lawful owner.
