She should support it, she'll need the union vote even more than Obama. This is hardly a major concession.

Keystone is widely popular. It's a shame it's been delay after delay to make a decision. The Obama administration has already greatly increased and promoted the production of clean energy. The big issue was with the path of the pipleline, and with certain states refusing to allow it, but I believe those issues have been resolved. Just pass it already. It's not ideal, but it's stupid not to.

By the 2016 election, US oil production will set an alltime record breaking the 10 mbpd mark.  Really, aside from Canada who gives a rats inks about the XL.

The Koch brothers care very much and that is basically the only reason this has become a major issue for congressional Republicans.
