I will second Maxwell's request for our endorsement. Although NC Yankee has been an active and capable Senator for many years now, Maxwell has a good working relationship with many Laborites too and has worked constructively with us on game reform in the past. He would be a great asset to the Senate if returned to office.

I, like, DemPGH, am skeptical of complete planning administered by the federal government. Instead, I believe that regional governments should provide some basic planning, along with a program (like he has suggested), to educate and better train farmers.

I support bringing unused farmland under public ownership, but instead of refarming it, I would rather see this land returned to a natural state, via re-forestry or the like.
