I humbly thank the Labor Party of the Atlas for its most kind endorsement! Love y'all. Wink

A number of months ago I became the Pacific's governor with two thoughts on my mind - 1) improve activity by working positively with those around me and 2) get the legislative agenda moving. I promise to take that same attitude to Nyman and to represent the little guy to the very best of my ability. I'll always fight for the struggling and the working masses.

By-laws look A+ to me, guys. Really nice work.

Now, it's on to Bourbon Street for wine, roses, and well, whatever it is that you're into. As for me, there was something just in my eye. Seems it was a rather buffed honey blonde lady with a French accent. Wink

Well, out-of-party-endorsements are tough and depend a lot on the individual. To me, Maxwell and Motley just aren't good fits for endorsements from us. Game reform is the sticking point with Yankee, though, but I will say that he is one who will not dismiss a proposal out of ideology and works to make things better that he may not even like.

I like DC and Ben - I don't know Ben that well because I think he might have been active a while back and I didn't have the chance to really work with him, but DC is someone I trust and who has shown me that he gets the big picture of what we're doing even if I disagree with him on this or that, and I believe you can work with him.

In all, I really think the Federalist choices here will be more flexible and less demanding than D-R, but that's something that everyone will have to decide alone!

1. Honolulu

2. Seattle

I think I can only vote for one, and I love warm weather, but I love Seattle too. Tongue

FTR, I was going to abstain, but time ran out. Tongue

Yeah, I greatly respect the work that went into that document, but I also favor discussion and the possibility of revision. If none is forthcoming, or is otherwise negligible, I will vote affirmative on it.

[  ] Removal of the plank calling for nationalization of power and fuel companies.
[  ] Clarification or modification of the plank calling for nationalization of power and fuel companies. (This essentially means that you support the idea of power and fuel company nationalization, you just want to see the plank re-written in the interests of coming to a consensus within the party as to what that means, exactly)
[ X ] Removal of the plank calling for nationalization of transportation.

If you answered 'no', what changes would you like to see made?

I doubt that the central government can effectively plan food production over a large country like Atlasia with diverse regions, weather patterns, and populations. Assisting and educating farmers on proper techniques and methods would be the best way to go.

I'm skeptical of bringing unused farm land into public ownership, although farmers and commercial farmers should not allow large amounts of land to go unused, so perhaps there is another way to address this issue.

Do you support the Housing section of the platform as is currently written?
Select one option.
[  ] Yes
[ X ] No

If you answered 'no', what changes would you like to see made?
At minimum, clarification on what nationalizing the housing industry would entail, and at most removal of that particular policy.
