The amendment has passed the Senate and is sent to the regions for ratification.

Most of those who have voted so far have voted in favor. Still too early to tell, especially with no southerners having voted yet.


Only Nappy and Oakie seem to have voted no in the regions so far, but I might have missed someone.

I don't like to contact people after they voted about changing their votes. Tongue I don't think Nappy does either. Call it a hunch. Wink

It appears to be failing in the IDS unanimously (6 votes so far) and by one vote in the Pacific.


In fact most of the opposition is centered in the IDS and Pacific. An odd result.
