So if the Delaware GOP wasn't a complete trainwreck enough as is, their most disastrous candidate in the state party's history won't even agree to be the sacrificial lamb this year to Coons even after her delusional comments in claiming Coons was vulnerable. Tongue

Good for her; she'd be wasting her time.

I wonder if she knows a healing spell for her hand to fix it if it's hurt when she slams it in the car door (sorry.)

She got what she wanted from her first three runs. Why go for number four?

She finally gets it.  The DE GOP has nobody.  Castle would have beaten Coons back in 2010 (probably 54-45% or so), but not now if that was the Nov. matchup.

Coons might be the luckiest Senator in the Democrats Senate Caucus at this point. First he is nominated as a sacrificial lamb against Castle, because Beau Biden doesn’t want to run. Then Castle is defeated by this whackjob in the Republican primary, and of course Coons wins. And when he runs for re-election the Delaware GOP has no one to face him, since they haven’t had an electable candidate since Mike Castle.

If I'm not mistaken, Coons is actually pretty popular amongst DE voters.  This time around, he would probably crush an old Mike Castle by 15-20 points.  Even in 2010 (as I stated), I doubt Castle wins that race by more than 8-9 points.
