I assume we have a reasonable-sized population of people who were teenagers when this song was big.

Sure, I remember it. It's from an awful era of pop-punk bands where a ton the lead singers sounded exactly like this. A mediocre song from a really awful trend.

Of course I remember it (mostly from "Rock Against Bush").

But I remember "Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous" more ...

write-in: This song is awful, but the death penalty is too humane for these people.

I do remember the song.  I didn't really care for it when it came out, but I do like it now almost entirely because of its nostalgic value.  Also, its the kind of song you can sing along to with your friends when it comes on the car radio.  Its a fun, upbeat song.  A musical masterpiece, probably not.

NOTA. No, because I never heard it before. It didn't get airplay on adult album alternative stations that I would normally catch new music on.

Yes, thought it was alright. From the 2001-2003 era of a popular George W. Bush, gross-out American Pie-type movies and my Jr High/High School years.

No, not quite old enough to remember this song coming out. American Idiot was the equivalent for me.

Good Charlotte... ugh.  Brutal.

At least the Sum 41 song reminds me of American Pie 2 and my early-mid teen years, which were often a lot of fun.

Yeah, I heard it back then and the main thing I can recall is that none of my friends liked it, and I really didn't either.

I remember being obsessed with the song "Story of a Girl"

I like how the question is do you remember this song, there are a gazillion options but "no I don't remember it" isn't one. Which would have been my choice.
