HP, due to the fact that I don't think he did it because he saw it as the right thing to do. I think he did it because he wanted to be seen as a whistleblowing patriot. Besides, didnt everyone already know about the surveillance state? Wasn't it revealed back in like 2006. I don't get the outrage sometimes.
