Why is Rand Paul not winning in a state that has republicans of a libertarian bent (for the most part)?

And why is Huckabee leading in Oregon of all places?

Huckabee has a type of charisma that plays well in Oregon for some reason.

The GOP base in OR is extremely conservative, and are probably drawn to a social conservative like Huckabee. Exit polls in 2004 showed that OR had the most conservative GOP voters, and the most liberal Democratic ones.

Probably time to stop polling Huckabee although it is funny that he seems to be ahead in most of the states.
