November 23 - The Election of a Speaker?

Anderson Cooper: We're currently waiting for to the House to vote for a new Speaker...they allowed us to transmit from their undisclosed location but not video tape...the AP reporter in the undisclosed location has been reporting back to us intermittently...it looks like Dick Armey won the first round of voting with a plurality...."

Cooper: Both other presidents, Rubin and Talbott, have called the idea that the Speaker can usurp their claim to the Presidency as absurd. They've condemned the actions and called for the remaining representatives in the House to focus on recovery...a bit odd coming from the two people who can't sort out their own legitimacy...

Cooper: Just in...the Secretary of Defense has told us in a statement that North Korea has mobilized their forces...the Secretary of Defense promises a vigorous defense of South Korea should the North Koreans move...

A bit later...

Cooper: I can report...thanks to our AP reporter on the ground...Senator John Warner of Virginia...has been elected Speaker of the House of Representatives...he is expected to take the oath soon...and then immediately after...assume the Presidency...to my viewers...soon, there will be three people claiming to have the legitimacy of the Presidency of the United States. John Warner is a former Navy Secretary, is well respected in the Senate."
