Good point, I wasn't really thinking that far back. If we base it purely on Presidential Election votes, it would probably be Arizona or South Carolina, because they are the only Goldwater states  that didn't vote for Wallace.

Probably Pennsylvania. Quinnipiac's poll last year on PA's support for various social views reflect mine, just they're a little too fiscally moderate and I disagree with them on abortion.
