Got rid of the Treasury Dept? I would recommend checking Nix's Reorganization Act thing from last summer to find the appropriate agency.


That said, I think this bill is going in the wrong direction, if it had any to begin with. Tongue The question that has to be answered is first whether or not these markets are even worth handling in this fashion? What about the market creates a vital interest in us doing so as opposed to taxing it as an asset (and when I was inquiring about that earlier, I meant like the rates and tax schedule etc etc for such Tongue)?

Alright. I have thought about it a lot, and I am going to oppose this bill.

I don't believe the federal government should be attempting to stabilize crypto-currencies in the first place, and I'm certainly not convinced this will work to stabilize anything.
