I don't know how to answer this question. I don't have enough hours in the day to adequately get done what needs to be done to keep things on even keel, and my partner happy, and myself engaged in all too much, with the lesson of intensity and passion that meets what I demand of myself, but when it comes to billable hours, a busy week these days is 10+ hours a week.

Two part time jobs that add up to 30 hours a week, but i'm living under my parents roof still, so it'll be alright.

That was actually an obscure silly Mrs. Doubtfire reference that, if understood, could possibly be taken to mean that I am an unskilled (possibly undocumented) migrant with poor English skills looking for employment. In my case that is only half true (yes, I am employed).

Still hunting for a summer job, as my parents' bourgeois status affords me the opportunity to be choosy. Oh well. Tongue

To be honest, I got so caught up in my thesis that I really missed the boat when all the government jobs and internships were hiring. Now I'm left with retail and food service jobs. I wouldn't mind doing something like that, but I've had trouble even landing those gigs. My resume is full of academic stuff and I think it might scare people off. Add to that the fact that I'll be in a different town come September for school, and I'm not really someone people want to hire.

And if I hear "apply online" one more time, I think I'll explode.

Very well employed, though looking for another job currently as well (been at my current one for a long time and with my qualifications I could find one that pays better.)

Unemployed, but I'll probably be interning somewhere when my summer schedule clears up a bit.

I term myself a deconstructionist artist, but in reality I'm a laborer for Blue Star Demolition. Might try to find an internship for next summer, though. Too bad, since Blue Star pays well, keeps you active, and gives you some better technical skills. Looking to get overtime on my paycheck from this period given that I worked 19 hours in the last two days. I better be working full time the next three days, since my last paycheck was for only 18.5 hours.

I start next month, so I said yes. Even in college, I was employed part-time.
