I think Santorum is more just a complete weirdo than evil.

Assuming we aren't limited to contemporary politics, I'm thinking James Buchanan, Edgar Hoover, Andrew Jackson, Woodrow Wilson, Richard Nixon, Joseph McCarthy, Franklin Pierce, Donald Rumsfeld, Millard Fillmore and that's just a start.

Oh yeah, and Carlos Danger. He may have not supported slavery or sunk to the depths of those above; but he was clearly a reprehensible psycho.
