The redraft is friendly, and I would like to proceed to a vote for it. I would have liked to eliminate funding for recruitment altogether, but this is something that I can accept, and something that I hope we can revisit at some point.

The redraft vote can be started.


Also this can be removed from slot five and a new bill brought up in its place since the rules deal with redrafts off of the slots. The thread specific titled hyperlink can be moved down to the Passed legislation section and a new post specific link to the post where redraft vote is started can be instered in the Redraft vote section of the Noticeboard.
