Voting NOTC is no different from not voting at all, but still sends a message that the actual candidates all suck, or, as in this case, are a bunch of no-names.

The GOP tried to challenge the NOTC option not too long ago, because they figured that it acts as an unfair spoiler against their candidates.  They failed, o/c.
