I agree with Napoleon. This bill should probably have able amendment adding exceptions such as that in there.

Solitary confinement is a cruel form of torture that can cause serious mental health problems, including PTSD and an increased risk of suicide, and is simply a disgusting violation of basic human rights.

I do agree with Napoleon's concern, however, and agree that solitary confinement should be allowed in cases where it is necessary to protect the other inmates. Would something like this work?
