Not again... the US doesn't seem to have a gun problem so much as a spree shooter problem.

Uh, what? Have you seen the gun violence rates in the US? Spree shootings do not significantly contribute to that number, despite the media attention.

Sure, they happen in the US far more frequently than anywhere else, but that's a symptom of the overall gun culture.
