Proclamation:

"House Bolton shall end its rebellion against House Stark effective immediately.  My men and I ask for the forgiveness and mercy of King Robb Stark.  We shall withdraw to the Dreadfort and await his reply.  Our fate is in your grace's hands..." - Roose Bolton, Lord of the Dreadfort

It is so ordered:

- Roose of the House Bolton, Lord of the Dreadfort, is hereby pardoned for his treason and crimes against the North. He and those who followed him shall suffer no harm from any man loyal to my cause, on the condition that they henceforth and forever remain loyal to my command. As a price for his Treason, House Bolton shall immediately pay a tribute of thirty-five thousand (35,000) Gold Dragons.

- We Northmen must never forget that those we call "wildlings" share our same blood and ancestors. Abandoning them while they are fleeing from a deadly winter would be a crime against our own kin. For this reason, I, Robb of the House Stark, heir to Brandon the Builder, hereby grant the Wall and all the lands formerly belonging to the Night's Watch, as well as the uninhabited lands of the Rills, to the Free Folk and their King Mance Rayder, so that they may find shelter there to survive the coming winter. King Mance shall also receive the aforementioned thirty-five thousand (35,000) Gold Dragons exacted from the former traitor Bolton. Finally, all the Lords of the North and Riverlands must devolve one four-hundredth (1/400) of the annual produce of their lands to the Free Folk - except the rebellious Lords, which shall devolve one tenth (1/10) of it - and this for the duration of the current winter, but no longer than ten years.

Well, it seems this end of turn will have almost no battles and carnage, that is rather curious, xD. That said, I'm having some trouble with the outcome of a certain campaign, so this turn will end tomorrow afternoon. (Hopefully this will give time for a Tyrion Lannister to appear)

A Proclamation:

The lands that make up Dorne are by nature separated from the rest of Westeros, by the Mountains and Sea. Dorne never was conquered by the Targaryen Kings, and just by marriage, Dorne joined the other six kingdoms. Dorne's blades were not used to mold the Iron Throne. Dorne has no place in the quarrels over this throne. As such, I, Doran of the House Martell, Prince of Dorne and Lord of Sunspear, declare my kingdom, Dorne, an independent nation. Dorne will retreat itsself from the quarrels over the Iron Throne that devastete the northern lands, and the Dornishmen will retreat to their home. I, Doran Martell, will rule as Prince over Dorne. Such will be the Princal Council:

Hand of the Prince: Lord Oberyn Martell
Lord of the Treasury: Lord Gulian Qorgyle
Lady of the Navy: Lady Arianne Martell
Lord of the Law, Warden of the Boneway: Lord Anders Yronwood
Warden of the Prince's Pass: Lord Franklyn Fowler

x Prince Doran Martell, Prince of Dorne

- I, Prince Doran Martell, hereby announce an alliance between the Kingdom of the North and the Riverlands and the Kingdom of Dorne. The two kingdoms will come to each others aid, and shall fight for their independence.

x Prince Doran Martell, Prince of Dorne

The Free Folk did not cross to this side of the Wall to wage a war against the kneelers; we came to escape the greatest risk we have ever faced. We thank the King in the North for acknowledging this, for providing support for our people and for not trying to interfere in how we choose to rule ourselves.

As the King in the North accepts that we are free to live as we see fit without kneeling to any lords we will cooperate with him against those who would take our freedom away from us.

I'd think that's what the endgame might look like in this war. No King on the Iron Throne is ever going seriously to accept any of his kingdoms permanent independence; at the same time most (all?) sides no longer have the military strength to bring everyone to heel. So maybe this uneasy ceasefire is the beginning of the end?

A Proclaim

The Kingdom of the North hereby recognizes Dorne as an independent realm. Sharing the same aspiration for freedom from the yoke of far-away rulers, it is nothing but natural that the North, Riverlands and Dorne would be allies in the upcoming war against those who would be our oppressors. Enemies of liberty, beware, because time has come for the Seven Kingdoms, if they so desire, to become Kingdoms once again.

In solidarity with the sacrifices made by the North in keeping the Realm safe from the evils beyond the Wall the Vale is proud to stand with its Northern allies in shouldering the payment to the King in the Wall in exchange for peace in the Realm.

Furthermore, with the Iron Throne lacking a legitimate heir it is high time to declare the independence of the Vale. Lord Robert is no more, all hail King Robert of the Vale!

As an independent kingdom we recognize with respect and friendship the independence of the Kingdoms in the North and South alike.

A proclaim:

"Let it be known that should the Hound, Sandor Clegane, desire to claim it, there is place for him in my service waiting for him at the Dreadfort.  If he can make it to the North or even the Riverlands, it will be waiting for him.  House Bolton will always have need of such men!" - Roose of House Bolton, Lord of the Dreadfort.

Military and Political Update:

Note: I waited as long as I could for other players, so here's the update. Since we had no battles, I chose to give an update directed to the regions so the players know where they stand.

The North: Many were shocked with Roose Bolton's announcement that he would surrender, and many more were surprised that Robb Stark accepted instead of beheading the rebel Lord. Either way, the siege of Winterfell was lifted and Bolton retreated back to the Dreadfort, releasing all the Stark prisioners he had and leaving Jon Snow, Galbert Glover and the Smalljon to meet with Prince Bran in Winterfell with a reformed and bigger Stark Army. Despite the fears of Mance Rayder's potential moves, most of the wildlings stayed in the Wall to defend it while some of the refugees started settling in the gift, having to fight some of the mountain clans in the way. It has been reported by Stark scouts that a small wildling army is currently marching south, but the cities and castles under House Umber haven't been attacked. With the news of the death of Tywin Lannister and Daenerys Targaryen and the appearance of Daemon Blackfyre, Trystan Rivers got Stafford Lannister killed near White Harbor and then used some shipments of gold sent North to take control of the entire sellsword-Golden Company force, managing to evacuate to Essos to join King Daemon, thus leaving most of the North intact save for King Mance's armies.

The Riverlands: Following the crushing defeat of the Targaryens, King Robb quickly took his armies back to the ravaged Riverlands to finally go through with the promise he made to Walder Frey, and before the Northern Lords and the Riverlords the King married Roslin Frey at the Twins, with Catelyn, Edmure and Brynden Tully and Arya Stark at his side. The King and his men were somewhat nervous, but Lord Frey was a decent host for the entire wedding and he seemed thrilled to know that he would be the grandfather of a future King. Robb and Roslin then went to Riverrun, were the Riverlords begged Robb to be allowed to return to their lands to rebuild them after all the damage caused by Vargo Hoat and Gregor Clegane.

The Westerlands: While the news of Tywin's death shocked the Westerlands, Damion and Daven quickly recognized Tyrion and Kevan's authority and withdrew the Lannister Army from the Reach, preparing for a potential attack from King Euron. It is expected that Ser Kevan and Lord Tyrion will bring the remaining Westerlanders back (the Crownlanders joined Renly and many of the sellswords left) since the Westerlands won't be in condition of being too into the offensive for the time being.

The Crownlands: After the death of Daenerys Targaryen the Houses loyal to her lost their hope, although the Velaryons in Driftmark continue to hold in hopes that Daemon Blackfyre will come to their rescue. King's Landing is now fully in control of King Renly thanks to Ser Loras's decent management of the Capital.

The Stormlands: With the second Tragedy of Summehall making the end of major battles across the Stormlands, Prince Oberyn Martell gathered the Dornishmen and he retreated back to the North of Dorne, having failed to capture Storm's End by a matter of days. The Stormlords quickly regained control of the area and the garrison of Storm's End was able to avoid starvation, putting the entire zone fully behind King Renly once again. The few sellswords and Pentoshi troops remaining took advantage of the confusion to escape to Essos, also trying to join the Blackfyre pretender.

The Reach: With Willas Tyrell returning back to the Reach and offering sensible terms, the Tarly men decided to call a truce and eventually they agreed to Willas's peace terms, with Dickon Tarly being offered Horn Hill and his father's inheritance in exchange for a oath to never to attack House Tyrell. The Florents continue to resist despite the combined Tyrell forces fighting them, and they have begged King Renly for help. Many wonder if without Queen Daenerys the Tyrells will be able to make peace with Renly and back him once more, specially with Margaery having his son and heir.

The Vale: Many were surprised at Lord Royce's announcement that the Vale would declare independence, but the proud Lords of the Vale concluded that, in the end, it was in the interest of the region. Thus, Robert was accepted as King (although everybody knows that Royce is pulling the strings and some will try to correct that), but the status of the army near King's Landing is a matter for concern, given that should war break out with the Lannisters and the Baratheons the Waynwood-led army will be surrounded. The other Houses that declared for Daenerys have also surrendered to him hoping for mercy.

Dorne: Not much to say here, most of the Dornish nobility was thrilled to declare independence after so many years, but the court of Sunspear is very concerned about the potential matches for Prince Doran's sons.

The Iron Islands: While the Iron Fleet and Euron were ready to march on the Westerlands and finally sack Casterly Rock, King Euron was murdered in his sleep along with most of the Qarth warlocks, thus ending a promising reing after a mere three months. The Dragonhorn was stolen while the dragons left the fleet and dissapeared in the horizon, and the Iron Fleet narrowly avoided chaos thanks to the leadership of Asha Greyjoy. The Ironborn returned to the Iron Islands and finally called the expected Kingsmoot, having Asha, Erik Ironmaker and Lord Harlaw as the only real pretenders with all the male Greyjoys dead. Lord Harlaw and his House backed Asha, thus making her the first Queen of the Ironborn. Queen Asha has informed her men that the Ironborn shall keep Faircastle in the Westerlands, and she has begun to plan a future campaign in case things go as she plans.

Essos: Most of the Free Cities have lacked movement thanks to the lack of sellswords after Tywin Lannister's hiring spree, but in Pentos Daemon Blackfyre formally crowned himself as King and announced that he was coming to Westeros to take his inheritance from his bloodline. Daemon was supported by Illyrio Mopatis and the Pentoshi aristocracy, and he has the support of the remnants of the Golden Company and a group of renegades and sellswords. Nobody knows where he plans to strike first.

I'm sorry for Nix, but a faceless man was hired and once the high price I ask is satisfied... well, the faceless men don't seem to miss their targets. Tyrion Lannister, Daemon Blackfyre and Asha Greyjoy are open, next turn starts tonight and new or old players are welcome to join as one of those characters as time goes on. I've decided to accept the Vale declaration of independence, but I wish to be consulted first next time a player wishes to be independent. Finally, and to give you a measure of how much time has passed, we are already at the end of A Dance With Dragons in regards to time, which means Turn Six/AL 300 (2) is chronologically at the end of ADWD and the beginning of the Winds of Winter. Westeros will get more and more snow from now on, so be careful!

Would whoever has the dragons kindly send them north of the Wall? We have some "friends" in our former home that could really use a dragon or three.

300 AL (2), or "The Winds of Winter"Sad

General View:

Daenerys Targaryen and Euron Greyjoy are dead, Westeros is covered in snow and... the war goes on. The only claimants to the Iron Throne left are Renly Baratheon and Daemon Blackfyre, but several Lord Paramounts have declared independence to become Kings and there's no end in sight to the slaughter. Many places are still burning and starting to suffer from famine, and even worse, small outbreaks of greyscale have been detected in the South of Westeros. With two Kings fighting for the Iron throne and four for their independence, the war might drag on for longer than Robert Baratheon's rebellion against the Iron Throne.

Quotes:

"Westeros still bleeds have two years of war and the people of the realm are suffering. Only a strong and capable King can set things straight and save Westeros before it's engulfed in snow and blood, and I hereby claim the Iron Throne as the legitimate heir to the Targaryen Dynasty via my great-grandfather, the great Prince Daemon Blackfyre, who was the true heir to King Aegon VI. I come to Westeros to defeat the usurpers and put an end to this horrible war, and I call those Lords to wish to see an end to the strife to join me to end the rule of the Stags. Come forth, men, and let us sail to the Seven Kingdoms!
(Daemon Blackfyre, the so called "Black Dragons")

Info:

Renly Baratheon:
-Prestige: 8/10
-Gold: 500.000 GD
-Legitimacy: 7/10

-The Stormlands and the Crownlands are now in your control (expect for Driftmark), so all immediate threats beyond Daemon Blackfyre are gone for the time being. That said, Lord Willas Tyrell is still attacking House Florent, and Dorne and the Vale have joined the North in declaring independence. Tyrion Lannister and the Westerlands are still with you since you keep Lancel and Myrcella hostage, but you will have to thread carefully if you wish to be recognized as the one true King. Plus, Braavos and the Iron Bank have requested that payments over the debt the throne has with them are to be resumed. What will do you, King Renly?

Robb Stark:
-Prestige: 6/10
-Gold: 350.000 GD
-Legitimacy: 8/10

-The Riverlands are damaged beyond belief and the North suffers the harsh effects of Winter, but beyond the threat of Mance Rayder the North is currently safe from the South (save for Queen Asha going on the offensive again). The Riverlords beg you to be left to go home and the Northern Lords wish to get back to the North to never go South again after such heavy losses, and in a way you can relate to them. Plus, the chiefs of Skagos have reported that they are currently under attack and need your help. What will you do now, King Robb? Will you challenge Lord Bolton and the freefolk to destroy your remaining enemies?

Roose Bolton:
-Prestige: 4/10
-Gold: 20.000 GD
-Legitimacy: 10/10

-It seems you have saved your head for now, Lord Bolton, and you still have your army with you. That said, most of the North hates you for what you tried to do to the Starks, and there's also Mance Rayder and the harsh winter to consider. You are still single as of now and your only heir is Ramsay Snow, so that matter has to be quickly solved as well. You could be considered a wildcard in regards of what could be done.

Willas Tyrell:
-Prestige: 2/10
-Gold: 1.500.000 GD
-Legitimacy: 10/10 (Unchallenged)

-The truce and the ceasefire with the Lannisters and the Tarlymen have given you some respite, but not all is well in the Reach. Many lords have been reported to be taking via raven to coordinate themselves, and some believe you may be in danger. There's also the issue of whom will the Reach back now, since your vassals are divided between backing Daemon or Renly. And while Euron is dead, Asha might still return to finish the job...

Doran Martell:
-Prestige: 7/10
-Gold: 350.000 GD
-Legitimacy: 9/10

-You are now independent, Prince Doran, and Dorne stands with you with almost no damage after the horrible war. That doesn't stop many for calling you to back Daemon Blackfyre for the Iron Throne, but it seems Dorne is an excellent position to react to most threats as of now. Winter may have reached the Stormlands, but it will barely affect Dorne unless it grows out of control.

Yohn Royce:
-Prestige: 10/10
-Gold: 500.000 GD
-Legitimacy: 8/10

-The Vale is independent and the troops are going home, finally. While your position with the rest of the Lords seems solid, King Robert is sickly and weak and it is known that the Waynwoods prefer Harold Harding (the last male relative of the Arryns) as a more powerful claimant. Houses Grafton and Corbray have come to beg for your pardon after their support for Daenerys, so you will have to decide their fate.

Mance Rayder:
-Prestige: 6
-Gold: 35.000 GD
-Legitimacy: 9

-The North is getting more and more cold as time passes, and while your men and now manning the wall in a more efficient way than the now deceased Night's Watch, and fear what may come from the North. Nobody has really seen everything, but many scouts have dissapeared as of now. While settlements on the Gift are making progress, it should be noted that the North does not have enough food for Northerners and the freefolk alike, and starvation is a growing concern.

Petyr Baelish:
-Prestige: 5
-Gold: 1.450.000 GD
-Legitimacy: 3

-It seems the past weeks have been rather subdued, but your spy network increases every day and so does your household. A decision has to be made on whether to go to Harrenhal at last and marry, and there's also the issue of whether to fully back King Robert or seek the help of the remaining Kings...

Varys:
-Prestige: Ώ?

-Some of your birds are being followed, Lord Varys, and it seems there's someone who knows about your position as of now. You will have to be very prudent or very rash to get out of the current predicamente, but King Daemon is ready to sail from Essos and after your most recent success you still have some surprises left.

Asha, Tyrion and Daemon are open, but as long as they are not claimed they will be NPC's. To clarify further now that we are reaching the potential endgame, this game will end when there's a single monarch in the Iron Throne and no wars against the rest of the Lord Paramounts/Independent Kingdoms, or... well, if everybody is dead. And considering what I have in store for the future, this and the next turn will certainly be incredibly amusing!

Semi-OOC: is it just me, or do the Great Houses lack many marriage prospects? There's no Baratheons, Targaryens, Arryns, or Lannisters of marriagable age, the only Tyrell not yet married appears to be Elinor (who's from a junior branch and betrothed), the only Tully is a widow, the only Stark is missing - the only two options here are Arianne Martell or Asha Greyjoy. This'll be fun.
